Granted by the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management (ICCM), this prestigious national accreditation highlights our commitment to providing the highest levels of care, professionalism, and integrity to local communities during life’s most sensitive moments. 

The ICCM Charter for the Bereaved is a rigorous assessment program designed for local authorities and service providers across the UK. It strictly evaluates how bereavement services are operated, ensuring that the bereft receive the highest possible standard of service, respect, and regulatory compliance. 

To achieve the certificate, our Bereavement Services team underwent a comprehensive review, which this year included an extensive assessment. Every operational procedure, from administration to ground maintenance, was thoroughly evaluated against strict industry benchmarks to prove our compliance with consistently high standards.
