Championing Excellence: The Founder of Rich Wills Training Associates on Supporting East Suffolk Services Staff Awards

Rich Wills, Founder and Managing Director of Rich Wills Training Associates, has supported our staff awards for the past two years as Headline Sponsor and sponsor of the Learning is Power Award, and continues to champion this category in 2026.
Alongside his support for the Staff Awards, Rich has worked closely with East Suffolk Services to develop the Management Evolution Programme, a bespoke training initiative designed to build and strengthen leadership skills across the business.
